What you buy

WhoGuessed currently offers 10 additional credits for USD $5.00 as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. The price, currency, and number of credits shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Only adults may make purchases.

Checkout and delivery

Checkout is provided by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment information; do not email payment-card information to us. After Stripe confirms a successful payment, credits are added to the account used for checkout. A cancelled or failed checkout does not add credits.

If you were charged and credits do not appear, email support@whoguessed.com with the receipt or transaction reference. Do not include a card number or password. We will investigate the payment record and provide any correction or remedy required by applicable law.

Refunds

Purchases of credits are final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or unused credits, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Credits

Credits belong to the account used for the purchase and are for starting games or increasing a game’s player capacity in WhoGuessed. One credit starts a game for up to 20 players, or adds 20 spots to one game. Free-game allowances cannot pay for extra spots. Extra spots apply only to that game; opening or forwarding an invitation does not spend credits. Publishing consumes the displayed game allowance and credits. Capacity increases consume credits when confirmed. Unfilled spots do not automatically return credits, and published capacity cannot be reduced. This does not limit statutory remedies or corrections for service errors. They are not transferable, are not cash, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. We will state any applicable credit-expiration terms at or before purchase.

Pricing and changes

We may change prices or credit offers for future purchases. A change will not alter the price of a checkout you already completed. Taxes or other required charges, if any, are shown at checkout when applicable.
